Vintage Panetta Faux Lapis Lazuli And Diamante Aztec Necklace

An alluring couture vintage Panetta choker necklace in a fabulous Aztec design which is so nicely made. This fabulous necklace is made up of twenty-three links each set with tear-drop faux lapis lazuli cabochons with some embellished with pave set rhinestones around the front of the necklace. The necklace fastens with an invisible tongue and box clasp and is accompanied with a safety chain for added security. The piece is signed Panetta on the back near the clasp. C. late 1960’s early 1970’s. The necklace has been paired with a Michael Kors dress which complements the beauty of the necklace (the dress is not included in the price).
