An alluring high-end produced Panetta choker necklace in a fabulous Aztec design which is so nicely constructed. This fabulous necklace is made up of twenty-three links each set with tear-drop faux lapis lazuli cabochons with some embellished with pave set diamante stones around the front of the necklace. The necklace fastens with an invisible tongue and box clasp and is accompanied with a safety chain for added security. The piece is signed Panetta on the back near the clasp. C. late 1960’s early 1970’s.
