Kenneth Jay Lane “Maharajah” Elephant Brooch

A fabulous large elephant brooch dressed in the Royal Maharajah style of India. The body of the gold toned brooch has cream coloured enamelling embellished with clear pave set rhinestone crystals and diamond-shaped faux ruby, sapphire and emerald rhinestones. The decorative headdress is further embellished with faux pearls which dangle from around the head and the ears. The brooch secures with a rollover clasp. This is a lovely and now sought after collector’s piece by Kenneth Jay Lane. C. 1980’s and signed KJL.
