Vintage Rhinestone Chatelaine Swag Sweater Brooch

A fabulous vintage sweater brooch with three small gilt snake linked chains that connect a large brooch to an identical smaller sized brooch. The brooches are adorned with sparkling faceted prong set rhinestones in deep blue and aurora borealis colours in three layers starting with a large deep blue alternating down to tiny aurora borealis chatons. The chains are fixed permanently to each of the brooches so they cannot be worn separately and each brooch fastens with a pin wheel closure. A lovely accessory which can be worn to secure a long scarf draped over the shoulder or attached on lapels of a jacket or coat to enhance an evening attire.

Condition: Very good (this vintage piece has just some minor rubbing to the gilt backs)
