Vintage 1960’s Egyptian Revival Pendant Necklace

A wonderfully crafted Egyptian revival pendant necklace with the focal point depicting two Ancient Egyptian gold coloured figurines inter-acting together in a silhouetted pose on an orange coloured acrylic plaque.  This ornate pendant is surrounded with fancy acrylic marble effect oblong shapes in alternating colours of orange and green that are inter-spaced with eight crown set small cream coloured synthetic pearls.  The pendant hangs from a long decorative link style chain that can perhaps be doubled over to acquire a different length when worn and it closes with a bolt ring clasp.  This pendant is unmarked although it does incorporate similarities to pieces of jewellery that were made by Selro corps. company in New York – such as how the pearls have been set within this pendant.  It is an extremely well made piece of vintage costume jewellery that stood the test of time and would make a lovely addition to any collector especially those who want to add another piece of Egyptian Revival jewellery to their collection!
