Vintage Mitchel Maer for Christian Dior Floral/Paisley Motif Bracelet

This exquisitely made vintage bracelet has a wonderful floral/paisley motif pattern crafted by Mitchel Maer for Christian Dior.  It features six large segments that are prong set with emerald green, lilac and purple shade rhinestones all set in silver toned rhodium plating.  The bracelet closes nicely with a hidden tongue and groove clasp and a security chain attachment. Its condition is truly exceptional considering that it dates from the 1950’s.  It has the oval cartouche signed Christian Dior by Mitchel Maer.  Vintage jewellery in great condition by Mitchel Maer is extremely rare and highly collectible especially the pieces that he designed during his brief time with the famous house of Christian Dior which only lasted from 1952 to 1956.
