Deliveries and Returns
DELIVERY & COSTS (UK MAINLAND)
We offer free next day delivery on orders over £150.00 This delivery offer applies to one UK mainland address only and does not apply to multiple orders and/or any orders outside the UK mainland.
Once we have received your order we shall endeavour to process and despatch your purchase(s) within 2-5 working days.
For all UK mainland orders under £150.00 (GBP) the delivery cost is £4.95
Deliveries will normally be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, but we may choose an alternative trackable delivery service. An email will be sent to you once despatch has been made informing you about your delivery. Please note that delivery can take place anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required upon receipt of the package.
Any orders that are placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered to you on the following Tuesday. Please note that delivery can take place anytime between 7am and 9pm and a signature will be required upon receipt of the package.
In the event that you are not available to accept delivery the delivery agent will leave a calling card regarding collection or the re-delivery of the package. If you fail to follow the delivery agent’s instructions within their timescale then the package will be automatically returned to us. Should this situation regarding non-delivery occur and we have to resend the item to you again then you will be required to pay the re-delivery cost before the item is resent to you.
Important:
- In order to ensure that a delivery is secure we will not deliver to P.O Boxes, warehouses or distribution and administration centres or to locations where the address is a shared address and where the address is not unique to you..
- All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address and a signature must be provided.
- We will only deliver to your own billing address.
- Daisy Lain will provide a tracked service to your specified address but cannot be held responsible where your delivery/shipping address is not unique to yourself because the address is shared with other persons who have access to your address. You agree to accept responsibility for another person receiving your purchase by agreeing to our terms & conditions when you place your order.
- For the avoidance of doubt, examples of such circumstances include sharing an apartment or house with other persons or where you reside in an apartment in a block of flats which provides reception or concierge service which may receive your order.
- We do not process or deliver purchases over Public Holidays.
- All delivery costs are non-refundable.
DELIVERY & COSTS (INTERNATIONAL)

Once you have agreed the delivery cost and we have received your order we shall endeavour to process and despatch your purchase(s) within 2-5 working days.
International delivery will be sent (depending on country of destination) using a secure trackable delivery and signed for service. An email will be sent to you once despatch has been made informing you about your delivery. Once despatched your item can take up to 10-12 days to be delivered depending upon the destination and delays may be caused due to local import and custom duties which may need to be paid prior to delivery (please see below regarding information on this matter).
Important:
Please be aware that any local import and/or duties charges levied are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please note that these charges can be considerable and therefore you must understand the additional cost before you place your order. For more information regarding these additional charges it is advised that you duly contact your Customs & Excise Authorities in your country for advice on this matter.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, however, should you not be entirely satisfied please see our returns policy and follow the few simple steps below for returning your item(s).
Policy terms:
You have 14 calendar days from the date that you received your purchase(s) to make a return. We would grateful if you would kindly notify us as soon as possible your intention to do so. Please email at sparkle@daisylain.co.uk
To be eligible for a refund of your purchase(s) from Daisy Lain each item must be unused and in the same condition as it was when purchased together with the Daisy Lain packaging undamaged and any tags still intact. Please complete and include the “Returns Form” that was enclosed with your purchase(s).
You will be responsible for the delivery costs for returning the item(s). This delivery cost is non-refundable including the original delivery cost to send you your item(s). When you receive a refund any original delivery costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that when returning your purchase(s) it is your responsibility until it reaches us. Daisy Lain is not responsible for any loss, damage or theft should it occur. Therefore, we would advise that you ensure that your return is packaged well and for your added protection we highly recommend that you return the goods using a suitable delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, that is trackable and that you include the necessary insurance for the total value of the item(s) being returned. Please keep safe your proof of postage until you have received your refund.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Once your return(s) have been received and adhered to the above conditions we will issue you with your refund of the original purchase price paid excluding any delivery costs. The refund will take about 2-3 working days to process. Refunds for your purchase(s) will only be refunded back to the original cardholder of the order. A confirmation email will be sent informing you that a refund has been made and is in progress. Following the email please allow for a further 7-10 days before the refund is shown credited to your account.
